Cleaning Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe for occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
Sanitize surfaces and ensure that all cleaning supplies are used safely and effectively.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Requirements

MUST pass background check and drug test
MUST be at least 18 years of age
MUST have open availability Monday-Friday
Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds and being on your feet for extended periods.
A valid driver's license, vehicle and car insurance is required for positions involving travel between locations.

Position Overview

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, our Receptionist will manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in creating positive experiences and maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take accurate messages
Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments using our booking software
Maintain reception area’s cleanliness and organization
Process client paperwork, invoices, and payments
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and email correspondence
Assist with general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, supply ordering)

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer-service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using Mac Computers, phone systems and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
