Residential Cleaning Technician
Overview
Mint Clean is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technicians to support our weekday residential cleaning operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in detailed work, follows clear systems, and enjoys working in private homes while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Residential Cleaning Technicians are responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services in client homes while upholding Mint Clean standards for safety, consistency, and care.
What You’ll Do

Perform detailed cleaning of private residential homes

Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas

Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors according to established procedures

Follow Mint Clean residential checklists and cleaning protocols

Use approved products and methods safely and correctly

Report damages, maintenance concerns, or safety issues promptly

Maintain a respectful, professional presence in client homes

Follow home-specific instructions, preferences, and access guidelines
What We’re Looking For

At least 18 years of age

Availability Monday–Friday (no weekend work)

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (travel between homes required)

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional communication and respect for client property

Physical ability to perform active work, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Previous residential cleaning experience is helpful but not required — paid training provided.
