Lead Technician
Overview:
Mint Clean is seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Cleaning Technician to support daily operations and uphold quality standards on job sites. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of both the work and the team experience.
Lead Technicians play a key role in maintaining consistency, supporting team members, and ensuring each job meets Mint Clean’s expectations for quality and professionalism.
What You'll Do:

Lead and support a cleaning team on assigned job sites

Perform detailed cleaning alongside the team

Ensure all work meets Mint Clean quality standards and checklists

Provide real-time guidance, training, and support to technicians

Communicate job progress, concerns, or issues to management

Monitor supply usage and report restocking needs

Address minor issues on-site and escalate when needed

Maintain a professional, calm presence in all client environments
What We Are Looking For:

At least 18 years of age
-
Availability Monday–Friday (no weekend work)

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance

Prior professional cleaning experience preferred

Previous leadership or team lead experience required

Strong attention to detail and accountability for quality

Clear, respectful communication skills

Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment

Physical ability to perform active work, including lifting up to 25 lbs
